- The invoice states that the margin scheme applies. What does this mean?
The margin tax scheme is a technical rule that has to do with buying and selling of used goods. In this case there is no VAT payable on sales, but the difference in purchasing and selling. There should be no VAT stated on the invoice, but it must be noted that the margin scheme applies.

- When will I get my invoice?
After replacing the order you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation (This is a standard document produced by the 123webshop.nl software.)
The ordered items are from that moment on, put aside for you. The correct shipping cost will not be mentioned since these are depending on number of items & wieght. It may well be that you have ordered an incorrect option during the ordering process. For example the order consists of three puzzles and you chose letters.
Therefore you will receive within 48 hours, the final invoice including the correct shipping cost and our bank details. (Except when we might be on vacation, be illness ordue to personal circumstances).

- Why are not all product descriptions in English?
Not all product descriptions will be translated in English. When books are written in the Dutch language, the product description will be the same. We hope to prevent in this way that a customer thinks the book is written in English.
However if for a boardgame an english version of the manual is availble, then for all new games added after 15-Juni-2011, we will add a description in English.
